1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on hbaji app, you must be at least 18 years of age. This age requirement is mandatory and is verified at registration via national ID card or passport. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation will be closed immediately.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is a violation of our terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed. The details provided at registration — name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and belong to you.

Hbaji app reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason. If KYC is not completed after registration, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Financial Transaction Terms

The minimum deposit on hbaji app is ৳100 (via bKash and Nagad), and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. hbaji app does not charge any deposit fees — however, your payment provider (such as bKash) may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit — this is an internationally recognized anti-money laundering requirement. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–24 hours.

If any suspicious transaction or unusual activity is detected, hbaji app reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Withdrawals may be held during this period. Once the investigation is complete, the account will be restored and any valid balance returned.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on hbaji app come with their own terms. To claim a welcome bonus, a minimum deposit is required, and wagering conditions must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times — for example, 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total bets.

Bonus offers are typically valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus balance will be forfeited — however, any cash balance you have will remain unaffected. The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

Hbaji app reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. However, bonuses already in progress will remain subject to their original terms. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim the same bonus across multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on hbaji app are final and binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so double-check before placing. In certain specific cases, hbaji app may allow bet cancellation, and this will be clearly stated in the rules for that event.

If a match or event is cancelled by the organizer, or is not completed within the scheduled time, the bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded. In some cases, where play has reached half-time, the bet may still stand — specific rules apply for each sport.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hbaji app reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Bets accepted at odds that are not reasonably possible will be considered "erroneous odds" and treated accordingly.

6. Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account unless unauthorized access is proven. If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately and contact hbaji app support.

After an extended period of inactivity (365 days), hbaji app may mark the account as dormant. Your balance will not be affected, but re-activating the account may require KYC re-verification. hbaji app will send an email notice before any account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming Terms

Hbaji app believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We want every member to play responsibly and safely. To support this, certain features have been made mandatory for all users.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves. Once a limit is set, increasing it requires a 72-hour waiting period — but reducing it takes effect immediately. This system is designed to protect members from impulsive decisions.

9. Account Closure & Changes to Terms

Hbaji app may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: operating multiple accounts, providing false information, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or any attempt to harm other users on the platform.

Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned after the investigation is complete. However, balances earned through terms violations or derived from bonuses may be forfeited.

Hbaji app may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, first try to resolve it directly through hbaji app's live chat or email support — most issues are sorted out at this stage. When contacting support, please provide your account number, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the problem.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to hbaji app's licensing authority. Any legal claim against hbaji app must be raised within 6 months of the date of the incident, or it will be considered waived.
